At today’s hearing in the “Black Tie 2” case, prosecutors also spoke about the Sky correspondence in which money transactions are mentioned, as well as the possible establishment of a new political party and contacts with members of the People and Justice (NiP) party.
The prosecutor stated that the communication mentions that former Federal Police Administration (FUP) member Dženis Kadrić allegedly received money from Edin Gačanin, and it is also stated that he “finished” the arrival of the president of NiP in Dubai.
The prosecutors stated today, as it was said in the Sky correspondence, that they will offer them to work as they wish, or else they will establish a party that will be the strongest.
It also mentions taking radical measures, using force and intimidating the people.
NiP leader Elmedin Konaković previously commented on the accusations on this topic, saying that nothing that brings him into any connection with the drug cartel “Tito and Dino” is true, and he denied that he traveled to Dubai at that time and that he met with to the people with whom it is connected.
The Prosecution alleges that the members of the group also tried to gain political influence and that they worked on it in a planned way, all with the aim of “taking over the state”.
In order to achieve this goal, they contacted local politicians and offered financial support.
The members of the criminal group also advised the formation of citizens’ associations in order to achieve political influence, and it is evident from their Sky communication that they were often interested in the political situation.
In this context, the role of Haris Behram, who formed the citizens’ association “Brankovac” in Mostar, is highlighted.
The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will determine what measures will be imposed on those arrested, of whom there are 23 in total, Klix.ba writes.
