The HEC Paris Specialized Master comprises three stages, starting with the core curriculum focused on Strategy, Finance, and Leadership and Change. Participants can also personalize their learning journey further by choosing of one of three tracks: General Management, Marketing & Sales, and Entrepreneurship & Business Development.

Furthermore, the professional thesis enables participants to focus on a specific challenge related to their industry and provide detailed and well-researched solutions.

The program’s intent is to enhance shared learning and to help participants acquire the vision of a leader as well as for their organizations to enable them to take greater responsibilities.

On the launch, Dr. Nils Plambeck, Dean and CEO of HEC Paris in Qatar, said, “We welcome the talented people for the first cohort of SBUM 2020 wherein they will sharpen their skills and broaden their perspectives.

At HEC Paris in Qatar, we believe in continuously evolving our program portfolio and offering the best in-class managerial programs. In that regard, the Specialized Master’s Degree in Strategic Business Unit Management (SBUM) is constantly enhanced and we have recently introduced the Entrepreneurship and Business Development track to the program. Given the importance of entrepreneurship and innovation, HEC Paris in Qatar tries with this new track to further indirectly help the implementation of the Qatar National Vision 2030”.

The program reflects HEC Paris’ commitment to contribute to the development of a knowledge-based economy in Qatar and to strengthen corporate competitiveness in the region. The next intake for the Specialized Master is in July 2019.
