UPDATE: National Weather Service survey team out of Tulsa has confirmed a second EF1 tornado near Cecil, AR at 7:40pm Sunday night.
The team found this 2nd tornado, in Franklin county, had winds of 85 to 90 mph, and was on the ground for 4.3 miles. It snapped the trunks of a few softwood trees, snapped large tree limbs, and damaged a home.

UPDATE: The National Weather Service in Tulsa has confirmed a weak tornado passed through the Huntington area during Sunday night's storms. They are designating it an EF 1 tornado. This puts its winds at somewhere between 86 and 110 mph.
The NWS will continue to survey the damage left behind by last night's storms in southern Sebastian and Franklin counties. If the damage assessment cannot be finished by Monday evening, it is likely they will continue the survey on Tuesday.

Emergency crews worked without power Sunday night as debris and down power lines scattered the streets of Huntington.
The front gate of the Huntington waste water plant was blown down when heavy storms blew through the area.
Dozens of trees in the area were uprooted and the roof of one home was even swept off.
Mayor Gary Lawrence of Huntington said he's never experienced a storm like this one, and plans to assess the majority of the damage Monday when it is light out.
